Jackson and the officer gave the day- care workers son a visit at his school where they had him pulled from class for questioning and viewing of the video footage. Per Mr. Jackson, the officer questioned the young man of his whereabouts when the incident oc- curred—”I was sitting on the couch” At that time, the video was shown to the youngster where there was no sign of him sitting on the couch or anywhere in the room. Per Mr. Jackson, “the officer informed the young man that he was not in any trouble, but the truth needed to be told” it was then the young man admitted to being “told to lie”.


After receiving the youngsters


statement, Mr. Jackson closed the case, filed under child abuse. It is now at the State Attorney’s office pending arrest of the “school dad” and Jeremi- ah now enjoys his new school, teacher and classmates.
