HLF measures to help bidders
The Heritage Lottery Fund (HLF) will reduce match funding requirements as part of new measures to help applicants. Bidders seeking grants
worth more than £1m will now only have to secure 10 per cent of total project costs in match funding, and only 5 per cent for grant requests under £1m. Meanwhile, the total
cost of maintenance and management will also be included as part of match funding requirements.
