UNDER THE RADAR AN OASIS OF LACROSSE TALENT Desert Vista (Ariz.) could not wait to get back on the fi eld this season. The Thunder, which lost 6-5 to state power Brophy Prep in the 2013 fi nal, started this season with seven straight wins, including

The last game of the regular season is reserved for these MIAA rivals to meet. And the way these teams are playing, it could be playoff preview. Both teams were ranked among the top 25 nationally at press time, and both have the talent to knock off MIAA favorite Boys’ Latin (Md.).
