Our EUC products and services focus on four key areas: Desktop virtualisation
• VDI (virtual desktop infrastructure) brings all the advantages of physical desktops but as a unit of virtual IT, centrally managed, distributed and accessed through a wide connection methods, both private and public. • New corporate images can be provisioned from templates with each machine being a linked clone of a gold image. • Both stateless and state full desktops can be provided and the desktop can even be checked out and run locally on the user’s device.
Application virtualisation
• Decouple applications from the desktop • Reduce packaging and deployment processes and stream applications to virtual and physical desktops centrally.
• Only purchase the number of licenses that will be used concurrently rather than in total.
• Run legacy applications that fail on newer operating systems. • Run legacy browsers on newer operating systems. • Reduce the number of applications installed on the desktop.
User virtualisation
• Provide users with their persona and profile data wherever and whatever they logon to.
• User virtualisation maintains all custom persona settings and profile data regardless of the desktop they log onto and without the need to pull data across the LAN/WAN with each new logon. • The contents of files and folders are only pulled across the network when it is requested but the layout details of their files and folders are all displayed as normal.
Mobile virtualisation
• Provide corporate phones on users personal phones. • *The corporate phone is launched within the user’s personal phone as an app. • The user’s phones have both personal and corporate data as well as numbers but the two do not cross over. • Maintain remote control of the corporate phone, with the ability to remotely wipe in the event of loss.
