UPGRADING!


The Royal United Hospital (RUH) Bath has successfully bid for £1.7m to upgrade lights throughout its buildings. The money will come from the Department of Health, which awarded the RUH a share of its £50m Carbon Efficiency Fund. The money will be used to install new energy efficient lighting throughout the hospital. Old, inefficient lighting will be replaced with LED solutions supplied by Philips. The new lights should be installed by April 2014.
