Staying Healthy Your immune system is working all the time. You know it’s working well when a cut heals or when you get over an illness. You can help your immune system
do its work. Wash your hands oſt en. Wash them aſt er playing and before eating. Eat healthy foods. Get lots of exercise. Be sure to get a good rest at night. By taking care of your body, you’ll feel better. You’ll also help your busy immune system.
