Q Q

What are the key success factors and challenges for a CEO?

To be focused yet versatile. I think it is also important to be true to your core values and have a clear vision of what you want to achieve.

Do you admire another CEO or a leader (current or historical)? Why?

Steve Jobs. He gave customers what they needed, not what they wanted. He kept a simple philosophy throughout.

Q Q

How do you describe your leadership style?

Professional, inclusive and challenging. I feel that to get the most out of an organisation you need to give all employees the opportunity to voice opinions. A good sense of humour doesn’t hurt either.

How do you see the future of your industry?

As one that offers total professionalism. With the support of examining bodies and regulators, the wealth advice industry will continue to seek better outcomes for the end client.
