No time for politics. We have a regular weekly exec meeting, everyone is clear on their objectives and KPI’s , and we all depend on each other. Unity is critical.
How do you balance and manage various stakeholders’ interests?

How do you describe your leadership style?

We call it ‘ finance on demand’, where anyone can access any financial services, at anytime, and any place, securely, safely and effectively.
