Pierre-André Dubois is the partner in charge of Kirkland & Ellis International LLP's UK Intellectual Property and Competition Law Group. The Group's practice covers all aspects of intellectual property and information technology law as well as UK and EU competition law. His work involves representing clients in complex and high profile merger cases before the European Commission, the German Federal Cartel Office, the Office of Fair Trading and other national competition authorities. He also advises on all aspects of competition law such as behavioural issues, licensing and distribution. He is a close advisor on merger control issues to a number of private equity clients. He is also recognised for this work in the IP area. He has been named by Intellectual Asset Management magazine to the IAM Licensing 250: World's Leading Patent and Technology Licensing Lawyers, a short list of 250 lawyers around the world.
