• All orders will be delivered to a single address. For security reasons, your first order using a credit/debit card for the first time when placed by calling 0845 274 1000 or online will need to be delivered to the cardholder’s address. Subsequent orders can then be made to an alternative address
• We’ll always endeavour to make one single delivery to you where possible to minimise any inconvenience. This means that where your order contains a mix of products with different lead times, the longest lead time will apply to the whole order

All deliveries must be received and signed for by a person over the age of 18. If no-one is available to take the delivery, we’ll leave details at the address to rearrange delivery. We may need to make an additional handling charge for redelivery. If no-one is available to take the redelivery, we may cancel the order and refund your money, excluding any delivery charges.
WICKES PRICE MATCH PROMISE
We actively check 1000s of competitors’ prices to make sure the Wickes price is the best price. But if you do happen to find an equivalent product cheaper elsewhere, Wickes won’t only match the
price – we’ll also beat it by an extra 10%. And that’s a promise. WICKES PRICE MATCH PROMISE TERMS & CONDITIONS
If you want to make a claim before you’ve bought the goods from Wickes, we’ll ask you for the details of the other price you’ve found. If you’ve already bought goods from us and then found them cheaper somewhere else within 7 days, we can action a Price Match Promise subject to the details below.
• In both cases, we’ll ask to see proof of the other price you’ve found or your receipt if you’ve already bought them. The decision to make a Price Match Promise is completely down to the Duty Manager and his or her decision is final (whether you have proof or not).
• Matches will only be made on the selling price of the goods. ‘Free gifts’ or ‘Give aways’ are not included. The equivalent product must, in Wickes’ reasonable opinion, have the same specification and pack size/quantity. Wickes’ decision on what is an equivalent product is final and not negotiable.
• You can make a Price Match Promise claim up to 7 days after you have made a purchase from Wickes. Claims should be backed up with evidence of the other relative product, price and promotion.
• The equivalent product must be in stock at a retailer based within a 10 mile radius of the Wickes store where the product was purchased. The competitor price to be matched must include VAT and can be ‘Sale’ or ‘Offer Price’.
• Claims for Price Match Promise after a purchase from Wickes must be made at the Wickes store where the product was originally bought. Only one refund per customer per Wickes purchase will be given. Our instant Price Match Promise excludes prices and products advertised on the Internet and in the catalogue. These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights.
• Wickes is part of the Travis Perkins Group and will (at the discretion of the Duty Manager) match prices from other Travis Perkins Group companies, but will not reduce prices by a further 10% as we are confident that our Group pricing is highly competitive.
