Dr Greg Whyte PhD, BSc (Hons) Welcome
As we’re keen to attract more international input into the journals we’re going to try a slightly new approach with the editors. We’re in
the process of appointing five to six international editors who will each commission an article per issue from their fellow practitioners. This ensures we have a good variation of material from a range of international perspectives. We’ll keep you posted on the editors as we appoint them.
Loads of things have happened this quarter so we’ve published a bulletin board on p26 to fill you in on the developments. The most exiciting aspect for me is the introduction of the CPD functionality of the website. If you log into the sportEX website, you will now find a section under the Online Access area called eLearning, under here will be a couple of introductory quizzes that accompany articles in this issue. On successful completion of the quiz, a downloadable CPD certificate will appear in the My Account area of the website (as long as you are logged in and have successfully passed the quiz). This certificate will remain in your account area for convenient access, or you can print it out and add it to your CPD portfolio. We look forward to developing this eLearning aspect and in the meantime, enjoy this issue.
