Audrey adds that you need to understand, as an organisation, what your innovation capability is. “Your organisational innovation capability is based on two principles: connectivity and process. The first part is that you need to determine how connected you are. This influences the richness of your


innovations. The second is the processes in place to get your ideas to market. This influences speed and capacity.


Aspects on how connected you are would include; the network you have access to as a person, the organisation, the region and the society that you function in.
