The approval is subject to the condition that SMART shall publish the mechanics in a newspaper of general circulation nationwide three (3) days prior to implementation. Should SMART decide not to extend the promo, it shall seek approval of the Commission within ten (10) days prior to date of discontinuance and notice to the public shall be published in a newspaper of general circulation at least five (5) days prior to date of discontinuance.
