ASPEN FEATURES

SOFT CLOSE FURNITURE All doors, apart from those on corner base units, are fitted with soft close technology to give a controlled and quiet closure.

The 700mm double drawer base unit features two soft close drawers and offers great storage space for all your bathroom items.

CLOAKROOMS AND SPACE SAVING UNITS Space is a precious commodity in many bathrooms so when we designed the Aspen range of furniture and cabinets, excellent storage capacity was one of our primary objectives.

Our 435mm, corner unit and slimline width 500mm WC back to wall units have been specifically designed to conceal unsightly pipework and maximise space in even the smallest bathrooms, cloakrooms and en-suites. Not only do they offer solutions for those bathrooms with awkward spaces, but they provide that much needed storage which is particularly useful in small bathrooms.

BASE UNITS Ease of installation is an important feature of the Aspen range. All base units are supplied

fully assembled and ready to fit. A strong and durable construction is achieved by using the finest manufacturing techniques. All visible exterior surfaces are finished using high gloss white lacquer, this includes the unit side panels, an area often overlooked. This quality finish provides a water resistant surface - vital within a bathroom environment.

High quality runners and a metal construction ensure a perfectly smooth operating drawer system. Drawers can be fully removed and drawer fronts are adjustable to allow perfect alignment.

MIRRORS WITH DE-MISTER PADS Heated demister pads make steamy bathroom mirrors a thing of the past, and are fitted as standard on all mirrors with electrics. The heated demister pad will heat the mirror to a few degrees above room temperature within 2-3 minutes, preventing the mirror from misting in even the steamiest of bathrooms. The demisting effect will spread approximately 10-20% further than the pad itself. Heated de-mister pads are fitted on all mirrors with the exception of the 500mm and 620mm plain mirrors. Specifications range from the simplicity of a large bevelled edge mirror available with the 500mm unit through to the complete specification of mirror with lighting canopy, shelving and cupboard on the 1000mm unit.

LIGHTING Aspen lighting canopies are fitted with low voltage halogen lamps which meet all applicable British Electrical Standards. A safe and easy to use infrared switch enables the user to activate the lighting with a simple movement of the hand under the sensor. No need for a pull cord.

BACK TO WALL FURNITURE Aspen back to wall furniture enables the fitting of back to wall wc’s, bidets and semi-counter top basins, cleverly concealing pipework and cisterns behind specially designed units. Units are supplied fully assembled and can be used fitted together or stand alone. Please see pages 55 to 71 for full details on our Venus, Rio and Micra back to wall sanitaryware.

The Vortex slimline concealed cistern is compatible with the Aspen WC back to wall units. For more details please see page 79.

BATH PANEL Create a fully co-ordinated look by fitting a matching bath panel alongside Aspen furniture. Bath panels are supplied with an adjustable plinth. Please see page 189 for more details.
