Important Findings Star Boy and I made it back to the village safely. At fi rst, I felt disappointed. But now, I think about how much we learned. T ree other lakes were fi shless.


But they teemed with other forms of life: frogs, dragonfl ies, diving birds, shrimp, and crabs. And I did fi nd fi sh in other places. I


sampled 33 rivers and collected more than 3,500 fi sh specimens. T is gives other scientists a start for further study. As for me, I’m already planning my next trip!
