orchard fruit aromas with hints of quinine and tarragon. Dry and fo- cused on the palate, offering bitter lemon pith and pear skin flavors that put on weight as the wine opens up. Finishes with a subtle herbal note.

Description: Straw yellow with golden hues. A pleasant, tasty attack. A perfect triangle of lees-minerals-acidity gives it a lovely sensation of plenitude,
freshness and complexity. Flavors of pineapple and citrus fruit gradually come to the fore.
Pairing: Chicken, aged cheese or shrimp ‘n’ grits.
