The Airmen Memorial Foundation

The AMF is committed to improving the quality of the lives of Air Force families. Here are some of the ways the foundation lives up to this commitment:

&The AMF Scholarship Program awards funds to the dependent youth of Air Force enlisted per- sonnel who meet the eligibility criteria. Annually, the AMF offers scholarships, that can range from $1,000 to $2,500. Some memorialize great support- ers of enlisted families. Since 1987, the AMF has awarded $579,000 in scholarships/grants through this program and other managed funds.

The AMF also administers the Chief Master Ser-

geants of the Air Force (CMSAF) Scholarship Pro- gram as a community service.

The AMF is making a difference, but can do more with your help. Please support the Airmen Memorial Founda- tion (AMF) in the Combined Federal Campaign (CFC). We take care of our own.

#10517 The Airmen Memorial Museum (AMM)

is dedicated to collecting, documenting, preserving, and telling the stories of the en- listed personnel of the Air Force Active Duty, Guard, and Reserve components and its pre- decessor organizations. The AMM’s focus is not the strategies, tac-

tics, and technological advances you’ll fi nd elsewhere, but instead the AMM pays tribute to enlisted personnel by focusing on them and their stories. In its history, the AMM has achieved some most impressive accomplishments. The AMM has: « Published the first comprehensive Air

Force enlisted history—”Unsung Heroes”— which was included in the Air Force Chief of Staff’s Professional Reading Program. « Created educational exhibits from infor- mation and artifacts people have donated. « Published numerous articles and mono-

graphs revealing little known enlisted history facts and information. « Developed an extensive collection of historical photographs, slides, and precious artifacts.
