versity of Delaware’s four-year cham- pionship run with an effective blend of quality and quantity at the 2017 Intercollegiate Team Championships, April 1–2, in Oxford, Ohio. Competing at the Goggin Ice
Arena on the campus of Miami Uni- versity, the Terriers scored points in 23 of the possible 35 event categories. Boston’s outstanding performance in the junior championship category — Minami Dobashi and Brittany Lee finished first and second in junior

ladies championship free skate — helped separate the Terriers from the rest of the field. Kjerstyn Hall’s win in the senior championship ladies free skate was also instrumental in Bos- ton’s triumph.
Boston, which totaled 112 points, last won the title in 2010. Te University of Delaware finished second with 93 points, while Adrian College in Adrian, Michigan, placed third with 79 points. It’s the first time Adrian has placed on the podium. “Tis title means so much to
us,” Boston University graduating senior Naomi Tinkelman said. “Tis accomplishment shows all the hard work our team has done, paid off. Tere hasn’t been a magic trick; we’ve put in the hours of training and have been relatively consistent all season.” “Te level of skating has increased
each year and it’s incredible what these full-time college students are able to accomplish,” Boston Universi- ty coach Andrea Mohns-Brillaud said. “We’re very proud to be a part of it.”
