Members who are planning to build should

contact TCEC early in the process. Often, contractors know to contact TCEC before starting a project to inquire about the cost of building new power lines for a project. Members should be aware of this step as well to ensure there aren’t any surprises in the building process.

Building? Let TCEC know!

In part, this states that the member must pay 100 percent of the estimated capital investment necessary to provide the extension. When certain conditions are met, the cooperative will make a contribution toward residential facilities extensions. Call TCEC at 580.652.2418 if you’re planning to build.

Phone payments to be automated

Beginning in September, all phone payments will go through an automated system rather than a live operator. Other payment options will still be available. This change is part of TCEC’s conversion to an improved enterprise software system to enhance the service the cooperative offers its members. TCEC is repeating this notice to ensure members are aware of this important change. To view all payment options, visit www.tcec.coop. Thank you. 
