meeƟ ngs. Since that announcement, a change has been made to two of the meeƟ ngs dates.


Following is the corrected district meeƟ ng informa- Ɵ on, including meeƟ ng locaƟ ons.


Three members of the Northeast Oklahoma Electric CooperaƟ ve board of trustees are extending invi- taƟ ons to CooperaƟ ve members in their respecƟ ve districts this summer. As always, the invitaƟ on in- cludes freebies like soda and giveaways, along with the chance to win one of three $250 electric credits.


Benny Seabourn, James Wade, and Jimmy Caudill are up for re-elecƟ on in 2016 for three-year terms on the CooperaƟ ve board of trustees. They are also


seeking a liƩ le help from members in their respec- Ɵ ve districts to conduct the yearly business of the CooperaƟ ve.


Mr. Seabourn will host the District 2 meeƟ ng on Monday, July 25. On Tuesday, July 26, Mr. Caudill will gather with District 9 members, and Mr. Wade will convene the District 7 meeƟ ng of CooperaƟ ve

• District 2 - Benny Seabourn - Crossroads Church located at 56900 E. Highway 59, Fairland


• District 9 - Jimmy Caudill - Grove Community Center located at 104 W. 3rd Street, Grove


• Distrcit 7 - James Wade - American Legion lo- cated at 401 E. Ferry Street, Salina


SecƟ on 4.06 of the CooperaƟ ve bylaws requires any member to ⇒ le with the cooperaƟ ve their noƟ ce of candidacy for trustee during the ⇒ ling period of July 11-15, 2016. Members may register for district meeƟ ngs from 6-7 p.m. Those in line at this Ɵ me will be given a card ensuring their opportunity to register. The meeƟ ng will start as soon thereaŌ er as pracƟ cal or when all members with cards have registered.•

In accordance with Artic le I of Northeas t Oklahoma Electric Cooperative, Inc.’s , bylaws , only eligible members may regis ter and cas t a vote at any member meeting.

• Named repres entative of a bus ines s or organization (pres ent a le tter from the governing body of the entity s tating you are the repres entative for that entity)
