CLASS RINGS

Every April, thousands of students at Texas A&M Univ., College Station, Texas, receive their “Aggie Rings,” a tradition that has given graduates class rings for ŎŸNjs ǼÌ Ř ˠ2ˤ ys Njǣ. ǢÞŘOs ˠ˨˨˦ʰ Balfour Co. has produced every Aggie Ring in its Austin, Texas, facility.

In 2014, 4,327 rings were produced in gold via investment casting. After the rings were washed and sandblasted, they were “pebbled” by craftsmen who produce a unique design on each ring’s underside. Once each recipient’s name is engraved on the inside of the ring, the shipment is sent to the school.
