Cranial Unwinding: Register Now—Open to All P
aul Pock has over 25 yrs experience as a licensed massage therapist (LMT) in Central Florida. The Cranial
Unwinding Level I workshop is based on a technique he developed more than 20 years ago while struggling to fi nd solutions for a client with a stubborn issue. The philosophy behind Cranial Unwinding is tuning into the body’s inherent wisdom to heal and align itself, and the therapist’s job is to simply facilitate this process. In other words, just ‘get out of the way,’ and let the body do its thing! He does this by mindfully observing the various tides of the body (palpatory listening), and developing a certain quality of touch and connection. This energetic work is very powerful; whole and complete on its own, it can also greatly increase the effectiveness of other modalities and therapies. Paul shares, “I like to say that I teach people to do nothing; in doing nothing, nothing remains undone. Sounds simple, right? It actually is — when consciousness is shifted from ‘doing’ to ‘being.’ This work can be learned and practiced by anyone.” Parents take note: It is especially effective on infants and children. For massage therapists, it is a wonderful way to balance the nervous system (both structurally and energetically) before beginning deeper body work. Paul Pock’s longtime, successful massage practice can help with your health concerns. Level I Cranial Unwinding this October 17 & 18 at the Central Florida School of Massage Therapy in Winter Park is open to all. For more info: visit
