Inclusive Concepts new stylish and elegant grab rails A

ll that time and effort that designers put into creating beautiful bathrooms can be undone with a single last minute addition: the grab rail.

All of sudden those elegant lines and exquisite features can be compromised by the clinical addition of an essential safety feature.

But not any more

Inclusive Concepts by Nick Gontar is a revolutionary new technique that allows you to style grab rails, towel rails, radiators, door handles and even taps with unique designs that can integrate bathroom accessories into an overall style concept.

Incorporating logos and colourful highlights “Imagine what you can do” says Nick, as he displays a plethora of different designs on grab rails. “As an upmarket hotel chain, you can now subtly style bathrooms with your brand while enhancing safety. In private residential developments, adding colourful highlights can become a sales feature. Architects can enhance themes from the overall design through to the tiniest details in the smallest rooms in the house.”

From clinical to joyful

Although the technique has almost endless applications, Nick says it is the growing market in grab rails that initially inspired him.

“Millions of people in the UK have mobility issues and realise they need a grab rail for safety. But the minute you add a grab rail you change a family bathroom into something more clinical. Making the

grab rail a style feature has the opposite effect. Instead of reminding someone of their frailty, it can brighten the room and put a smile on their face.”

A durable, hygienic finish

The Inclusive Concepts technique can take almost any design and ‘print’ it onto almost any material. The finish is fully sealed, completely hygienic and does not affect the original texture or finish of the article being treated.

“Grab rails provide just as much grip as ever. In fact we can enhance safety by using luminous glow in the dark finishes or personal designs that mean something to the individual using them, making them more likely to grab attention.”

The Inclusive Concepts technique can be applied to thousands of items to cover a chain of restaurants for example, or just a few choice pieces to enhance a single home.

What could you do?

From institutions like hospitals, care homes and schools to commercial applications such as hotels, restaurants, bars and clubs or private highend residential developments, Nick says that Inclusive Concepts is a flexible style tool that he hopes the industry will embrace.

“This is a brand new development. Something that wouldn’t have been possible, even a year ago. We’re looking forward to talking to all kinds of professionals, from architects and designers to retailers and developers to help transform Britain’s bathrooms.”
