ChilChillerler


MChill is a new ultra-low-charge compact ammonia chiller that has been developed to future-proof end   and extended working life. Developed by natural refrigeration specialist KGM Refrigeration with support from Bitzer UK, the chiller runs on an ultra-low charge of ammonia, made possible by a new  evaporator.


A Based on open-drive Bitzer W-series compressors, optimised for use with ammonia,


the chiller is designed for roof-top mounting without the need for expensive risk mitigation measures, such as high capacity exhaust ventilation, required in plant room applications. The chiller’s light weight and compact


dimensions (1m wide by 1.6m long and 1.9m high) enable it to be easily transported onto rooftops without the use of a crane via a standard lift, saving installation time and cost.

where it recognised the importance of building a sustainable future and giving back to the community. To mark the occasion, they partnered up with a Bristol based community group to launch the ‘30 Hours for 30 Years’ project, which saw two local beach cleans being carried out over two weeks. "What we do at A-Gas goes beyond our products and services, and we are delighted to have been recognised for our wider initiatives," said A-Gas after the event.
