tandem transducers capable of driving up to 2 metres in height with full cavitation, a most important feature in the cleaning of the larger components. Ultrasonic cleaning works by producing millions of jets or streams of cavitation bubbles within a liquid, which collapse against any hard surface penetrating into all areas of the intercooler/heat exchanger removing contaminated particles with each implosion, using frequency sweep to ensure no part of the item gets too much or too little cavitation. This process speeds up the chemical reaction time thereby cleaning to a ‘like new’ standard that no other method can match in a fraction of the time.
