Erin O’Neill and Mercury, the August 2020 Equiery cover pony, placed sixth overall at the 2020 Appalachian Trainer Face Off. After the competition, Mercury’s adoption bid “shat- tered the arena record at the auction,” according to O’Neill. He was adopted by someone in Maryland who has placed him back with Erin to continue his training.
