In each type of breed award, the highest scoring Adult Amateur, Open and Junior/Young Rider received a check from PVDA for $30 plus a beautiful certifi cate for their accomplishment. Breed Association Awards were provided by specifi c breed as- sociations and were awarded in accordance with each associations’ eligibility requirements. T ere were seven diff erent breeds recognized in the Sponsored Breed Awards program and nine in the Breed Associations Awards program. Kathryn McDaniel and Sophie Sedgley each earned Sponsored Arabian and Half Arabian awards. McDaniel rode EF Fionas Prince K to win the Adult Amateur award while Sedgley and Jiminie Crickets won the Junior/Young Rider award. McDaniel also won the Arabian Sport Horse Alliance high score award. Laine Ashker and Drummers Call, owned
