In support of the continued focus needed, this spring edition focuses on countering the terrorist threat in all its forms and provides ideas, opinions and advice from across the board. This includes a call to businesses from Sir David Veness to become alert by reviewing and revising their corporate action plans in response to the ongoing threats.
We include articles on the use of explosive detection dogs, hotel security, locks and access controls, hostile vehicle mitigation and training your staff to be security aware. We also focus on people-tracking devices and their use in conjunction with the National Police Council’s advice to Run, Hide, Tell.
