IBS Journal: What has been your smartest move?


SR: Our smartest move has been partnering with great companies across a whole range of disciplines including technology, design, and investment people who understand the concept wholly and believe in


what we are working to achieve. Their hard work has meant we are able to hide all the complex calculations and technology behind the scenes and allow simplicity to dominate the customer experience.


IBS Journal: What has been your biggest challenge/setback?


SR: Creating the flow through the chat system which lies at the heart of Munnypot was no simple task. Our


office has been covered in printed out customer journeys for months so we can make sure every conversation is just right and offers clear advice the user can trust. It’s been a very useful process for us, but cost a fortune in purple ink!


IBS Journal: Where do you want to be in five years?


SR: In five years’ time we want to be on our way to eliminating the advice gap.
