Holland America Line Unveils 2025-2026 Asia Cruise Programme
HOLLAND America Line will visit 11 countries and more than 50 ports of call in its 2025-2026 Asia programme. The new cruises, all on the 1,916-guest
Westerdam, will depart from Hong Kong, Japan and Singapore, from September 2025 to April 2026. The itineraries, ranging from 13 to 15 days,
will have a strong focus on Japan, with 24 different ports around the country, as well as visits to Cambodia, China, Indonesia, Malaysia, the
Philippines, Singapore, South Korea,
Taiwan, Thailand and Vietnam. Late departures and overnight stays will allow extra time for guests to sample the nightlife, local cuisine and cultures of Asia. The season will also showcase more than 50
UNESCO World Heritage sites. The itineraries comprise: A 13-day ‘North Pacific Crossing’ Seattle
to Yokohama, calling at Juneau (Alaska) and Kushiro and Aomori (Japan). A 15-day ‘North Pacific Crossing’, Yokohama

THE Caribbean is the most Googled cruise destination by the UK public, a new study reveals. The study, conducted by Cruise Mummy, analysed
Google Keyword search volume for over fifty countries, cities, and states that are popular cruising spots to determine which destination is the most Googled in the UK. The cruise destination that was the most Googled is
the Caribbean. There are an average of 99,300 searches made each month in the UK for cruises in and around the Caribbean. The second most Googled cruise destination is Norway. Popular for views of the fjords and great
Yokohama, with 14 and 15-day itineraries available. Ports of call include Omaezaki, Kobe, Kochi, Fukuoka, Kanazawa, Sakata (all Japan), and Sokcho (South Korea), among others. A 14-day ‘Japan and South Korea Discovery’ voyage, roundtrip from Yokohama and calling at Kochi, Kagoshima,

most keen on cruising? The UK areas that are making the most cruise-related enquiries on Google are interestingly all Scottish. Glasgow, Aberdeen and Edinburgh comprise the top three. Glaswegians search for cruise-related terms 1,727 times per 100,000 residents,

third most Googled cruises in the UK. There are 20,900 average searches every month for Alaskan cruises. From a cold climate to a warmer one, Greece is the fourth most Googled
cruise destination,
with a monthly average of 19,600 searches made in the UK.
Amsterdam is the
location that has the fifth highest volume in relation to searches for cruises. Searches for Amsterdam cruises average at 7,200 each month in the UK. Amsterdam is
