WA ID 71020: Unknown wreck (UKHO 11212) Dimensions: 58.7m x 24.7m x 1.6m

This is an unidentified wreck made up of very dispersed wreck remains originally detected in 1994 and located in the very northern extent of East Anglia THREE. The wreck remains comprise tens of hard edged and diffuse dark reflectors with shadows which are visible as individual structural elements making up the highly broken up and abraded remains on the seabed. The geophysical datasets and small height measurement taken from the vessel indicates that it lies quite flat on the seabed. There is a very large magnetic anomaly associated with this wreck visible as a dipole anomaly present across four survey lines and measuring 7682nT.

The UKHO record this as an unknown wreck that was first detected in 1994 (SeaZone 11212). The survey data indicates the presence of an entire wreck, highly broken up, lying approximately northeast-southwest and located to the south-west of a shoaler sandwave, the crest of which is generally 1m higher than the wreck. This area of the seabed has frequent sand waves, these could be concealing more of the wrecks structure and possibly associated debris and/or cargo. This is recorded as a Live wreck.
