Ostrom Mushrooms is located at Mushroom Corner in Olympia, Washington State, USA. Family owned and operated since 1928, it produces 13 million pounds of mushrooms to customers in the Pacifi c Northwest every year. White button, but also shiitake, oyster mushrooms and enokitake. Ostrom’s has its own compost operation, where Dutch consultant Martin van de Vorle stopped by and took this beautiful picture, on his way to the NAMC in Vancouver.
