SIMPLY ROBUST TROLLEY FROM MINITEC MiniTec designed and assembled 16 of these trollies for the customer using its 30 x30 aluminium profile system. Each trolley can carry up to eight trays of parts with a maximum weight of 60 Kgs – a simple solution to a potentially costly and time consuming handling issue.
ENCLOSURE FOR MAGNETIC SHIELD TESTING The flexibility of the modular system manufactured by MiniTec leads it into very diverse applications.
A recent customer requirement involved designing and assembling a structure to be used in the demanding field of magnetic force testing facilities.
The combination of the flexible, durable and robust MiniTec aluminium profiling system clad with a special material capable of absorbing and re-directing the magnetic forces exerted under teat conditions met all the requirements of this demanding project.
MiniTec profiling is easy to design to a specific requirement and the unique locking mechanism requiring just a standard Allen Key to tighten the mechanism makes the system easy to put together, and, should the need arise, equally easy to dismantle again and use again in a different configuration.
RE-USEABILITY The layout of a factory rarely remains the same for years on end. Layout requirements may need to be altered as new products are introduced, and it is clear that to have to dismantle and start again may prove to be a costly exercise. MiniTec have a lot of experience in kitting out UK manufacturing plants where the standard M8 fastening system makes it easy to unlock the system and rebuild as required. The modular design of the range means that companies can carry out all of the work on their own site supported by ex-stock availability from Minitec HQ should any new or additional profiles be required.
COMPREHENSIVE MANUFACTURING FACILITY Whilst the majority of the manufacturing work is carried out at the Basingstoke facility, larger more complex projects may require on site surveying and clarification of manufacturing issues which may be present in order to define the optimum design, manufacturing and installation process. The MiniTec team has vast experience installing projects not only in UK and Europe but also in the Far East, Middle East and South America.
