WELCOME
This is Facilities Management’s third year and we are extremely pleased with how quickly the show has established itself to be an integral part of the UK market. The facilities market has become increasingly competitive, currently estimated to be worth £111 billion a year to the UK economy, so it is really important to us that we provide you with relevant and interesting content, reflecting the environment in which you operate and helping you stay ahead.
With this in mind, we have partnered with Magenta Associates to create a specifically designed seminar programme for 2016. It addresses core industry issues and market developments experienced in your work life. We have over 25 highly practical talks available to you, focusing on three key themes – People, Politics and Policy. Make sure you have enough time to see these case studies, debates and research driven sessions on the latest hot topics.

Of all the facilities management services, cleaning is the most likely to be re-tendered or re-scoped at contract end. Buyers are therefore always keen to meet new suppliers, which is why we have brought the Cleaning Zone back after its successful debut last year. The zone boasts top innovations from leading suppliers within the UK cleaning industry, providing a dedicated area for those buying cleaning products and services.
