Grand Valley State University’s Board of Trustees approved the purchase of the 63,385-square-foot Ferris Coffee and Nut facility in downtown Grand Rapids, to expand facilities for our engineering programs. With donor support, the college will be able to renovate this space to meet projected annual enrollment increases of 10%, better support our nationally recognized co-op program, and keep pace with expanding opportunities for private-public partnerships within our community.
