Keeping your neighbourhood clean and tidy
OUR environmental teams are out and about keeping our communities spick and span. You’ll see them in your neighbourhood cutting grass, picking litter and cleaning closes. They also look after communal environmental areas as well as cleaning internal communal windows. If you have any feedback on the service please get in touch. We are constantly trying to improve the service and your feedback is vital to helping us do that.

Tell us a bit about yourself I’m married to Laura and we’re expecting our first child any day now. I can’t wait to meet our new arrival and I’m sure life will never be the same again!

How long have you worked for Lowther Homes? I’ve worked at Lowther for about 18 months, but have been with Wheatley Group for over six years.
What area do you cover? I cover developments all over Glasgow, including one in Burnside, as well as some of our new-builds in Croftfoot and Yoker.
We also share responsibility for some of the developments outside Glasgow, and I regularly visit our Inverkip development.
What is the best part of the job? I love hearing how delighted people are when I tell them that their application has been successful. It’s definitely the best part of the job. I also enjoy getting to know my tenants and building a good rapport with them.

Your views help us improve
WE recently completed our 2017 customer satisfaction survey. BMG Research carried out these telephone surveys for us, by contacting a random sample of customers from across the city.
