Use My GHA where and when it suits
THOUSANDS of tenants have signed up for a My GHA account – and you can too. My GHA is a free online self-services account for tenants.
It’s quick and easy – and means you’ll
never have to stand in a queue or wait on the phone again. You can get the services you want 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
My GHA lets you:
• make payments to rent and lock-up accounts
• check your balance and view recent payments
• request a repair, choosing an appointment that suits you
• keep tabs on other services, including welfare advice and reporting environmental issues.
