New rent and service charges


ALL tenants will have received a letter outlining this year’s rents. We had thousands


of responses to our consultation which proposed a 2.4% increase. The GHA Board considered all feedback very carefully, along with the need to balance the rising cost of providing services with affordability for tenants. The Board decided to


increase rents by 2.4%. The new rent and service


charges took effect from 3 April 2017. Remember, if you’re


having trouble paying your rent get in touch. We’re here to help people budget and manage their cash.


On target for success


GHA aims to deliver excellent services – and we set targets to measure how we’re doing.

Regulator also expects all social landlords, including GHA, to perform well and monitors what we do. Here are our latest performance figures:
