For over 20 years, piezosystem jena has continued to be one of the leading in- novators in the field of piezo actuators and stages. Our company develops and manufactures cutting-edge micro- and nanopositioning equipment for precision applications such as microscopy. One of the flagship product lines by piezosystem jena is the MIPOS series of microscope objective positioners. The MIPOS mod- els offer a compact design, sub-nanometer precision and motion up to 600 µm. There are even solutions for positioning complete lens revolvers (MIPOS R120). Piezosystem jena also offers a variety of highly precise piezo stages which are ideal for probe positioning. Low noise amplifiers for controlling the MIPOS series and other piezo positioners are also available. Upon request, all products can be cus- tomized according to specific requirements.
