• VHX-6000: Digital Microscope—The VHX is an all-in-one microscope that incorporates observation, image capture, and measurement capabilities. Any user, regardless of their experience, can now obtain high-quality, fully-focused images in an instant.
• VR-3000: Wide-Area 3D Measurement System—The VR-3000 is an instant 3D measurement system that can scan an entire area in as little as 4 seconds with a 0.1 µm resolution. Compare scans to 3D CAD models and export scans as 3D CAD models for reverse engineering. The VR-3000 also allows for pass/ fail inspection for quality control.
• VK-X: 3D Laser Scanning Confocal Microscope—The VK-X allows users to perform non-contact surface analysis on any material or surface shape with a 0.5 nm resolution. The industry-leading 16-bit photomultiplier allows for in- credibly accurate surface data, even on steep angles or complex shapes, and the system will automatically record and output your analysis results.
• BZ-X: All-in-one Fluorescence Microscope—The BZ-X is a fully integrated microscope capable of performing fluorescence, bright field, and phase contrast imaging. Its built-in darkroom and digital interface makes imaging easy and results reproducible.
