BEST STAND DESIGN

KERZNER INTERNATIONAL With a special showcase of Kerzner International’s new private residence collection, visitors were made to feel right at home with lots of extravagant touches to make the stand look like an exclusive residence upstairs. One of the judges, Daniel Pearce, Managing Director, TTG Media, said: “Kerzner has just launched its private residence collection and design elements from that, such as bookcases and luxury furnishings, were incorporated in the stand design. It was a subtle yet intel- ligent way to showcase the brand. I was very impressed.” Visit stand: HC0230

BEST STAND FOR DOING BUSINESS

ROTANA HOTELS & RESORTS Rotana’s stand featured an excellent use of space. Judge Fiona McAndrew Sharp, Sales and Marketing Director, TTN commented: “This was a very good business stand with a reception area downstairs, then a private meet- ing lounge complemented by excel- lent food and refreshments upstairs for clients. The entire executive team is present and everybody in the team is always incredibly welcoming and hospitable. I felt that the whole approach and attitude at the stand really captured the ideas of hospital- ity and business.” Visit stand: HC0720

BEST STAND PERSONNEL

AL RAIS TRAVEL & SHIPPING AGENCIES LLC Al Rais Travel stood out for its fantas- tic team personnel that were polite, friendly and, above all, engaged in representing best-in-class service, which reflected well on the compa- ny’s reputation. BEST STAND FEATURE

ETIHAD AIRWAYS Showcasing a unique aircraft within a bus concept, the Etihad Airways stand was always packed with visi- tors. “The bus featured lots of little interesting elements and was an excellent way to engage a trade audi- ence, while also taking the product to the consumer. It’s an innovative concept that combines the features of an aircraft within a bus,” said judge Fiona McAndrew Sharp, Sales and Marketing Director, TTN. The bus itself has been touring for two years, visiting 71 exhibitions with a first, busi- ness and economy suite inside. Visit stand: ME2310
