I would like to introduce myself. My name is Linda Townsend and I am a lawyer. I studied and qualified in Spain. For over thirty years I have been solving people’s problems from my off ice in Calpe.
I have now finally decided to join forces with another reputable and long-standing firm of Lawyers, FERNANDO FERRAGUD, so that we are able to off er an even wider range of services.
With my bilingual assistants Liza and Virginia I have always dealt with general civil law matters, such as drawing up tenancy agreements, purchase contracts, and so on, but there are three particular areas in which we specialise, and
these are: conveyancing, inheritance and tax matters. You need to understand how Spanish inheritance tax is calculated even before you purchase and also that you will have to submit tax returns on the mere ownership of real estate in Spain. We will explain all this in full and take care of it for you.
With bilingual Fernando and multilingual Heidi we will now be able to off er assistance in these same matters to not only English and Spanish speakers, but also to German and French ones.
