Welcome all and thank you to Johan for arranging and taking the Saturday morning service which we hope to schedule once a month. Please join us at the service which includes the Torah reading - the duration of the service is only one hour from 10.00 to 11.00. Thank you also to Giddy for taking the Tu Bishvat seder and the WPJ for the wonderful catering for the function. As we have done regularly in the past a tree was planted in the memorial garden. We are fast approaching our annual general meeting and appeal to all congregants to make themselves available to serve on the committee as each and every one of you has something to offer and contribute to Bet Menorah.

Or glitsh. Literally “slip”, “skate” or “nosedive”, which was the origin of the common usage as “a minor problem or error”.
