We need a new CO-ORDINATOR!


Due to the retirement in August 2017 of our current co-ordinator the trustees are looking to recruit a replacement to fill this important position.


Permanent, Part-Time 22hrs per week. Salary Range £10-£13 per hour, depending on qualifications and experience. The appointment will be subject to a six month probationary period.


• The VHC Co-ordinator is responsible for the day to day running of the VHC, managing the car service administrator and positively promoting the VHC within the community


• Candidates will need to have excellent organisational and interpersonal skills and be able to communicate successfully with a range of professional and volunteer helpers


• You will need to be computer literate in Word, Excel and using Email • You will understand the importance of confidentiality in dealing with the public • You will be able to demonstrate propriety in all financial matters • You will have a full current driving licence

Admin Assistant – Full Time – Halesworth – 12 month contract (Maternity Cover)


We are currently looking to recruit an Admin Assistant to join our team to cover a member of staff who will soon be going on Maternity Leave.


Duties will include, but not be limited to; • Typing various correspondence; letters, emails, reports (from handwritten and audio typing)


• Various administration, including inputting data, filing • Generating sales invoices and some basic ledger work using Sage Line 50 • Answering and making telephone calls, including taking messages


The successful candidate will need to have the following; • Knowledge of Microsoft packages, including Access and Excel an advantage


• Knowledge of Sage desirable but not essential • Good typing skills • Good telephone manner • Good standard of written English • Punctual and reliable • An organised approach to work, working in a team orientated environment, able to assist others when needed within a small team
