Now in our 13th year of business we know that being able to provide our customers with first-hand, sound advice about our tours and destinations is vital. We spend time travelling each year to top up our knowledge and discover new hidden gems, stay in the accommodation and meet our overseas partners. In the last twelve months we have travelled in Burma, Madagascar, Uganda, Cameroon, Belarus and Indonesia.
When booking a trip we know that it’s not just about excellent customer service. You need to book with confidence. Undiscovered Destinations is a member of the UK’s leading travel organisation ABTA, as well as proud members of the Association of Independent Tour Operators. In addition we are ATOL bonded. This means we meet the industry’s highest standards and your money is 100% protected.
Our many regular travellers will be aware that we continue to grow. We now offer tours to more than 80 countries. Our latest additions including a unique opportunity to explore an amazing array of islands in the Pacific, which are some of the least visited nations and territories in the world, including Wallis & Futuna, Kosrae and Kiribati. Or get off the tourist trail in the Caribbean and discover the real Jamaica, away from the beaches and all-inclusive resorts.
