ROSCO VISION SYSTEMS www.roscovision.com

The latest 360-degree surround camera system for school buses,

Safe-T-Scope 360, helps to prevent collisions with “Vulnerable Road Users,” or VRUs (such as young or elderly motorists, bicyclists and pedestrians), as well as other vehicles and roadway objects around the bus. Two camera images either shown together or separately pro- vide two views in front and behind the vehicle, reducing blind spots and displaying VRU’s and other obstacles in blind zones. The system consists of four cameras that offer a 185-degree vision field around the school bus plus a 360-degree aerial view. The MOR-Vision Mirror and Monitor inside the bus displays a high brightness image of the vehicle and blind spots.

SCHOOL BUS SAFETY COMPANY www.schoolbussafetyco.com

School Bus Safety Company said its new CDL Training Course can

help to reduce driver shortages that are plaguing school districts and bus contractors nationwide. The training is designed for new school bus driver applicants who are attempting to secure their CDL permit and face the big obstacle or reading and understanding the state manual. Applicants can now practice and eventually pass the test with the website www.passCDL.com. Training includes 13 practice exams, similar to the actual CDL test. School Bus Safety Company said it should take users between five and seven hours to complete the train- ing and the tests. This newly created CDL Training Course is available in hard CD format or online. Our goal was to make becoming a school Bus Driver far easier and reduce drop outs.
