OSAnglers.org • Wayne Kotow, the newly appointed executive director of the California Chapter of the Coastal Conservation Association will be the featured speaker at the February meeting of the Oceanside Senior Anglers. CCA-CAL was launched at the 2015 Fred Hall Show as a non- profit conservation organization working to represent the interests of recreational anglers. The meeting will be held at 9 a.m. at the Oceanside Senior Center located at 455 Country Club Lane. Open to all anglers ages 50 and above.
