In this winter period our feelings about snow, and cold may vary and yet we may have similar trials and challenges. Winter is a time to slow down, reflect, curl up in a blanket, have a hot bubble bath with flower remedies, be with friends and cook delicious and steaming hot meals. Sometimes, when our lives are busy, the winter rhythm and our reality are in conflict which creates challenges.
