The more than 6000 acre expanse exemplifies a long term commitment to sustainability, with many of its buildings made out of salvaged or reclaimed materials. Water
is treated and recycled,
and ground-source heating and cooling keeps buildings at a comfortable temperature. Soon they will produce 50 percent of their energy on property via the largest privately owned solar array in the state. A sustainable cattle ranch is in the works, and many

other sustainable operational practices make one’s experience at the ranch uniquely “green”.
GSN’s tag line “Vital people, Vital planet” embodies the association’s value
on community and the
vibrant energy that arises when like-minded people connect. This year’s event brought some 15 speakers and facilitators together to work with an overall theme of “Manifesting Vision: The Power of Conscious Collaboration”.
