Just dip the item to be soldered in “Magic Boric” and stir to coat the item. Then just solder, there will be no normal tap water to remove the Magic Boric.
“Magic Boric” will not evaporate! It is a water base, when the water evaporates down; just add a small amount of water to get the coating consistency you desire.
